Lawsuit: Bellevue police failed to enforce protective order ahead of fatal shooting
BELLEVUE, Iowa - The family of a Bellevue woman killed by her husband is suing the local Police Department, alleging police repeatedly failed to enforce a no-contact order in the weeks leading up to her death.
